    Your battery is loose, see other threads

    The gist of it is wedging some paper at the top to push the battery into the contacts.

    1. Don't drop your phone.
    2. You battery most likely became dislodged.

    It's a common issue. People's fixes were using a small piece of cardboard or something similar between the battery and the battery cover to keep extra pressure on it.

    It's a safety feature for self preservation. Your phone turned itself off to prevent further damage. Be nice to it, drop it less and you both will get along just fine!
