A few days ago my blackberry Q10 just blacked out after the battery drained, at first i thought it was a battery issue so i tried my battery in a different phone and it went on, so i put it back in my phone i still couldn't even get the red light on....
this is so not cool.....what should i do to get working!!!!!!

nah no water damage .
nothing happens when i connect it to the laptop the link doesn't respond

From what I've read on Blackberry's own blog, you should never totally drain the Q10's battery. I'd Google to see if it's a common problem and if there's some arcane fix, like press/hold vol up + vol down + pause in a certain sequence. Haven't tried it, but if you press and hold vol up for 10 seconds, then press and hold vol down you get a blue restart screen; supposedly a fix for physically pulling the battery.

Mines completely drained the day before yesterday and I wasn't home so since it's pretty rare to run across a blackberry charger I had to use a Samsung charger. When I plugged the charger into the outlet the empty red battery appeared on the screen then the charger logo with the slash going through it diagonally letting me know that the charger that I was using was incompatible. The only way I could get it to power up was by disconnecting the usb from the Samsung plug and connecting the micro usb directly to the laptop it took about 6 or 7 hour to charge it to 90%. All is well now I'm back home with my OEM blackberry charger 0 to 100 in 1hr and 20mins. I was panicking all night I will order two more OEM chargers from amazon tomorrow..
