I've looked and haven't seen anyone else complain about this, so I thought I'd give being proactive a shot and just plain ask: When you listen to music on your Q10, with headphones, have you ever gotten a quick electric shot that restarts the music track you're listening to? As if the shock got interpreted as a command to go back?

This happens to me ALL THE TIME. Though the problem may actually be these Ear Candy headphones just being complete trash. I can't tell.

I listen to a lot of music on my Z10 and I have never had that happen. Try different headphones like you guessed.

I listen to music a ton on my q10, never had this happen. Might be a grounding problem or a short in your headphones.

Thanks - the culprit turned out to be crap headphones.

    So nevermind!

My new Q10 has been doing that since I bought it. (with supplied headphones w/mic) I guess I'll try another brand. I figured it had something to do with software...

It's the headphones! When I use the stock earphones, the voice command is initiated at every little movement of the earphone jack. It also opens the music player and starts playing a random song. It doesn't happen with other headphones. The crazy thing is I can easily use the stock earphones on any other device without any issues. It screws only with the Z I guess. And your W obviously.

Neutron play is good but it also is problematic with bluetooth stereo headsets. However the music player in bbos10 works better.
