    So does anyone know where you are supposed to have the ring/text tone music? Mine will only play the song I have set IF my laptop is open and on. I have moved the song to my media card "my music" folder just now and yet it still only dings when a text comes in unless my laptop is on and not "asleep." any help would be greatly appreciated, this has been an ongoing problem for months and it's driving me crazy! Where do the songs need to be? What folder?? Thanks

    You are speaking of a ringtone one your phone?
    Place the song or ringtone in the music folder. Go to Settings/Notifications/ Applications/phone to set it and navigate to the correct folder....
