Have you updated the OS in the past few hours?

You confirm, it's the same SD card as in your other thread ? The one with all the meta file from Android ? Can you do it again : format and move back your MP3 files (no meta file beginning with a dot).

I did it twice. Music player detects all except one discography folder.

Might be a silly question but If u use file manager on device to browse to discography folder. Hit properties, and check the file format....are they mp3?

And using file manager, will the files actually play?

Not sure if this will help, but on my phone I need to have USB mass storage turned on. Goto settings/Storage and Access. Scroll to bottom on turn USB mass storage on.

Did you moved a folder or a bunch of MP3 after formatting the SD card with your Q10 ? Sorry, but we missed something. We have to be sure
The next step will be to give us a screenshot of your SD card directory' structure via your computer with all hidden files revealed, either with your graphic file explorer, or better via a terminal ($> ls -la).

    Nothing wrong here.

I guess you have a Linux distrib, good! Can you open a terminal, go to the folder you have issue with, and execute on the prompt a :
    Is -la > mp3.txt
    Or better :
    Is -la | grep -v ".mp3" > mp3.txt
(as I don't want the list of mp3 files, but the other ones... if here)

There is something in this directory...

Ho, I see you have subfolders. I assume you have nothing in the mp3.txt file ? ($> cat mp3.txt)
If it's the case, in the same folder, execute :
    Is -FaR | grep -v ".mp3" > mp3.txt
Then open the new file mp3.txt and tell us if you see something.

Ha, the I/O errors are a hint. The files are corrupted. Seems to be a hardware issue. Use the "badblocks" command in your terminal :
First, insert your SD Card in your computer, then run :
    dmesg
Locate your drive at the end (sdb or sdc I guess), then in a term, run :
    /sbin/badblocks /dev/sdb
    (or sdc, ...)
    Cross your fingers
