    I noticed that my Q10's mobile hotspot does not connect with my laptop and android smartphone but only does with other BlackBerry devices.
    I will greatly appreciate if anyone can help with this.

    Can you provide some more information? On the laptop and android phone, do you see your hotspot as a wireless access point? Are they getting any error messages when trying to connect?

    I have not had any issues. I've had laptops and other phones connect to my hotspot, so there has got to be something else that is causing the issue. Please elaborate on the issue.
