    I just downloaded OS 10.2.0.429 on my Q10 and noticed the music and video apps are missing. Not sure if they were missing from the previous upgrade or just from this one. I read other posts on this subject and they aren't in another folder, nor did I use the Sachesi method to load this. Just a plain old download from the device. I also did a battery pull and restart. Where the heck are these apps? Help!

    I would connect to BB Link and try an OS reload.
