    I really hope someone can help me! People can barely hear me when I try to phone them with my Q10 anyone know how I might be able to fix or increase the microphone sensitivity?

    If I put it on speaker phone it works fine. It must be an issue with the little microphone at the bottom. I guess back to the shop it goes.
