Does the Q10 use the same microphone for the handset and the speakerphone? I ask because when I'm on the phone everything is fine, but when I switch to speaker the other person can't hear me. I'm assuming it's a software problem unless someone can confirm that there are two different microphones.

Speaker phone really stinks, big time. I get the complaint every time from callers that they can't hear me well on the speakerphone. Very bad for a core business tool.

Do you have your volume turned right up when using it. I found if I turn volumn up so I can it well then it mutes my out going. Keeping it more middle works better. I don't use it often so not really tested fully.
