I think after a software upgrade, my microphone messed up. The reason being is that whenever I record a video or an audio file, the audio is VERY LOW you can barely hear it. The strange thing about it is that when during calls, the person on the other line hears me CRYSTAL CLEAR. Any solutions guys? Thanks

no. low sounds are a bug from the software update. Hope you didn't do it OTA. Download a different OS and try installing manually. Get one from here.https://drive.bitcasa.com/send/6tMMp...dTocYhTwQn6io#

Just clean the two small holes at the top of the phone (right of the power button). Use a needle not to push but to retrieve any dust that set in.

You can also check the microphone at the bottom, near the speaker ; but as you said you've no issue when you made a call, don't bother

By the way, check also how you hold your phone when you record video or sound... You may be simply close the microphone pin holes with your hand
