I have a q10 on verizon. I attempted to do a factory reset and now the phone is only showing a little phone image connected via usb to a computer.
I have tried to do both the IE10 bb.com/updates method and also bblink reload/reset and nothing.

    anyideas?

Why did you have to do a factory reset?

BlackBerry Link should do the trick if you do factory reset and restore your data after. You could install the blackberry beta OS with an autoloader or get one of the leaked copies of some blackberry OS with an autoloader and give it a shot.

Plug it into ur computer and run one of the leaks. After the install, the phone turns itself off, so you'll need to turn it back on.

well verizon wanted to send me a refurb device...
    Obviously I don't want that.
so this link pretty much is my issue.
And the troubleshooting and workaround steps don't work for me.
so where can I download a stable q10 autoloader release?

10.1.0.4633 is a very stable leak. I have had zero problems with it.

Matter of fact I soft bricked my phone, then connected my ph to my computer, ran the autoloader and I'm good to go.

Be sure to turn phone on.

Do I have to do anything funky with the radio files to get it to work on verizon?
