    My phone is on "Phone calls only" with LED set to 'on'.

    When I receive a text message in this mode the LED does not blink.

    Is this a bug or does "Phone calls only" really mean phone calls only regardless of whether I turn the LED on or not? I even go under the 'text message' options and have ensured the LED is set to 'on' there too.

    Anyone shed any light?

    I seem to recall in 10.1 Phone Calls Only meant just that - however I'm on whatever the latest 10.2 is and when in Phone Calls Only, it respects the LED toggle. The LED will blink when I have it enabled. Woho!

    Check your settings in Notifications. Lower down there is individual settings for Phone, BBM, Text...... see if LED is set to Off there. Those individual setting override the main ones at the top of Notifications.
