Thinking I might enjoy physical keyboard again. I purchasedQ10.
As much as I enjoy the phone and OS. After being away from BB for about 4 yrs. I've gotten used to virtual keyboards. Now after seeing Z10s keyboard and predictive texting Decided this was for me.
    Sorry Q10

Well. Which ever other on screen keyboard you've used in past are all crap in front of the bb10 keyboard. You going to love the typing experience on the Z10. Congratulations.

    I went from a Z10 to Z30 to the Q10. Can't beat a physical qwerty.

Z10 bought Z30 traded Z10 for Q10. Best of both worlds.

Keep the Q in reach, man, you'll come back to it, I promise!
That's because when texting the keyboard pops up covering half of the screen, the the screen difference disappears.
Nothing replaces a physical kb. The typing on the Z might be faster, but the word prediction is not precise.
In the forum, I rarely read: "their software is..." it is always changed to "there software is..." and so it is with "love", "live" etc... you'll be swiping back correcting too much (or you leave it so but not so good), then you'll miss the Q and want it back...
So as I said, keep the Q10 near, don't give it away!
    Enjoy the new device! Cheers.

I switched from Z10 to Q10. Best decision of my life. :-)

But of course your desires differ from mine and I am sure you will love the Z10 too, just as I did. Go with the Z30 though, as Z10's battery life is crap and you will be gravely shocked by this migrating from your workhorse Q10.

I have someone interested in Q. We will see. If it does not sell, maybe I will keep it on the side as a back up.

If you are going to switch to the touch screen bb, just go for the Z30, just for the battery life.

The Z10's battery will not nearly match the Q10 battery life you are used to.

I like the Z30. I believe the phones are getting too big. I thought I would prefer the Q10 with the physical keyboard. Plus its very pocketable. Screen is a bit smaller than it looked. The Z30 I think just to big. I've handled the Z10 and I really like. Should not be much of a learning curve from one Virtual keyboard to another.
If I find battery to be an issue, I will just Battery pack bundle for Z10.

I don't care if people stare at my phone like it's ancient device. I like feeling the keyboard.

I had the BlackBerry Curve and the bold 9900 and I liked the bold 9900 for a bigger device.. I've never owned the Q10 and have been tempted so many times in getting it but seems I will stick with the Z30.. I've found I enjoy the typing experience better on the Z30.. either way I'm sure you'll be happy with the device you choose.

BlackBerry Z30.. nothing else comes close!

For me the Q10's keyboard is a necessity from a typing experience standpoint. But from what I have heard, the typing experience on the touchscreen BlackBerry's is insane

I would get a Z30 if financially feasible. I tried a brand new Z10 on two different occasions for about a week each and didn't like the battery life at all. I was willing to give it a shot twice. Now I am thinking of grabbing a Z30 as they really look sleek. I will use it on occasion as my Q10 will be my #1 until the classic arrives.

To each his own I recently swapped my SIM back into my Q10 from a Lumia 1020 and really enjoy being back on a physical keyboard. Even though Microsoft has improved their keyboard for Windows Phone 8.1 with several goodies and new features, it never was as good as a true physical keyboard for my use.

    Double-typed and posted with a BlackBerry Q10.
