    Sorry team Q!!!

I'm gonna buyout a Z30! So I might sell my Q10 or keep it as back up. I'm worried I might miss the keyboard. Very worried.

    Wish me luck! :P

It's okay. Blackberry understands that some people want a real physical keyboard, which is why they make the Q10. They also understand that other people like a virtual keyboard, so they make the Z10. As long as it's a Blackberry-that's the important thing. Anyone purchasing a blackberry is doing all of us a favor. The company only stays in business if people buy their products.

    Hey guys,

I'm new to Forums, so I don't know how to make my own thread.

I tend to go over my allotted data usage, by a good amount. There really is no reason for me to have the internet. It is costing me lots of money.

Does anyone know how I can DELETE the web browser from my BlackBerry Q10? It allows me to delete youtube rather easily, but I cannot figure out how one would get rid of the web browser to disconnect myself from the internet.
I don't want to get rid of my Data because I use Whatsapp.

    Thanks, and Kind Regards,

I just traded my z10 back to a Q10. Don't regret it, just gotta adjust to it again. But you can do so much more with a z10 than you can with a Q10. At the end of the day, I may just add a line and get the z10 after all.

Deleting browser is impossible I think. It's built into the OS. But just having the icon doesn't drain anything. I think maybe whatsapp is causing you data problems. Maybe?

I doubt the the browser is causing your data overage. Have you configured any data synching services (box, Dropbox, etc)? What about Evernote (this has been a culprit in other threads)? Do you use any audio streaming services (slacker, songza, etc.)?

There was also an instance in which Facebook kept trying to re-synch something.

Anyway, my point is... it's most likely something that's working in the background that is causing the issue.

That's what I do...I have 2 lines. Q10 on one, Z10 on the other. I do use my Q10 on my primary line, but it's nice to have both no doubt.

Z30 is amazing. I'm thinking of making the upgrade from the Z10 at some point soon or going with the Z3 if an LTE version comes to fruition. You won't regret your decision. The Z30 is the best phone on the market.

    Enjoy!

As someone who bought the Z30 after the Q10 I suggest that you keep the Q for a week after giving your Z30 a proper go.

Big step down in quality if you go to that Z30 -- you'll see. Keep the Q10 in your drawer, because you will want it back -- soon.

I have both the Q10 and the Z30. I miss the screen estate and have problems with some Android apps due to screen ratio on the Q, but the Z30 lacks the keyboard. That's why I want to have a high end slider.

Regarding build quality: for me the Z30 is superior to the Q10, especially as I sporadically have the double typing issue.

I've had my Q from Sprint since November and have never had the double typing thing so apparently I got one from a good production run.

Anyway, likewise good sir. I would love to see a new Torch.

The double typing is hard to reproduce. Sometimes it works like charm (just like now), in other instances it does type letters double when not intended. For me usually it is the "i" andd "a" - and in this very moment "d" as well. :/ This is my proof - it happens every third or fourth line on average.

I bought a z10 for $160 through ebay to serve mainly as a backup device, and occasionally use it for a day or two. The q10 is my main device and the q20 will be the next purchase. With the trackpad returning, having three different ways to interact with the device (keyboard, touch screen, & trackpad) is just superb and has no equal.

Did you go back to your Q10 or stay with the Z30? and what feature/aspect help to make your decision. My sister is thinking of switching from her Q10 to a new Z30. She's contemplating it very hard right now...perhaps your input will help her to finalize her decision...
