Hello.

I have a Q10 model SQN100-5 running release 10.1.0.4200 (just restored to T-Mobile default level).

I installed the latest leak. 1925 but had an issue where I could not use calling features at all. Mail, apps, texts, all worked well. At the top of the phone display, above the contacts showed 'Unknown Number above MY BLACKBERRY.
I searched for a while for a solution, but gave up and reverted to lowest supported version.

A backup doesn't copy the full OS and data as I found out.

Question: is there a progression of leaks that I should install to get to the latest leaked version that will guarantee I have full function?

No, try again, when you restore, do settings by itself, then restore again with your apps by itself, then again with media, I find doing a full restore thru bblinks causes problems

I'm on .1925 and my phone works perfect, haven't found any issues yet. But I didn't restore anything. I saved all my contacts with fire chest backup and saved all my media files to my pc. Its a pain setting up all my accounts again everytime I install a leak, but I haven't had any issues with leaks so far. I was on .1055 previously.

Had the same issue on my Q10 and I didn't do a restore at all. Apparently reinstalling the latest radio helps with that issue. But I went back to stock release for now.

Thanks all.
I've installed the .1925 leak plus the .1899 radio. Without the latest radio I was not able to make phone calls. The Mobile Network was off and the SIM card was marked as from an Unknown Source. I've also installed Fire Chest, and Drop Box.

I need to do a much better job of reading all of the great information in the forums.
