    Hey!
    Been of crarckberry for ages.
    Running BlackBerry OS10 version 10.2.1.2102.
    Is there an official 10.3 available? Says I am running the latest when I try updating.
    If there is, is it better than my version? The only major bug I remember with this version is that mass e-mail deletion caused them to be deleted on the e-mail server as well.

    Please dont be too harsh, didnt really find the answer.

    The 10.3.xxxx OS has greatly reduced volume for the notifications. If you like being made aware of incoming calls, emails, etc. Stick with what you have now.

    Oh, thats not good for me then. I like how the volume can actually be quite high.

    That didn't effect everyone and as far as I remember they fixed it?

    Well it affected me for one and no OS ever fixed it. I loaded every leak there was. Clean install no restore autoloader. Made no difference on my Q10 .

    Consider yourself one of the fortunate few. It has not been addressed in any OS upgrades since the volume was reduced with 10.3.x.xxxx.

    I believe the issue was never considered by Blackberry to be serious enough to spend time on a fix. However, I believe that it has rendered a great phone all but useless in any environment which has background noise louder than a home.

    I agree. More than sufficient for being at home. But to get in a car and drive, forget it.

    I was afraid to update after I received my new Q10 because of the notification sounds but I took the risk and yea everything's working as expected.
    Seems like not everyone is affected by the update
