After a few months with the Z30, I recently switched back to the Q10. I can't find the amazon kindle app in BlackBerry world.

I could have sworn that there was a kindle app for the Q10. Am I wrong? Did they pull it?

Yes. It was pulled. You'll have to sideload it or download the Amazon App Store and install it from there.

Still shows up on my Z10 when I go to BlackBerry World here in the UK, but as I don't have a Q10 to check it out on I will leave it to other Q10 owners in the UK if they can see it or not.

It is NOT available in BlackBerry App World if you have a Q10. It IS available for the Z10. It used to be there, but no longer there. Thank Amazon.

Well, that sucks then. But why would they keep it available on the Z10 and not the Q10? Doesn't seem to make much sense!

On the plus side the side loaded version works exactly the same as the BB10 version, so either way it will be exactly the same.

May not be much help to you, but, I switched from a Z10 to a Q10. Did backup on the Z in BlackBerry Link, then switched devices to the Q. All my previous apps on the Z showed up in my Q when I reloaded the last backup (from the Z) to my Q. Kindle there, a few other apps I know are only for Z transferred too and work fine also.

No, I didn't back up the Z30 to transition to the Q10.

I am thinking that they don't like supporting the Q10's resolution. And, since the app is probably just and android port anyway, the Z series works better.

But, I am missing it...

Does anyone have a link to the file to sideload it with? Is it a. Bar or. Apk? I tried to download the. Apk via the amazon app store, but it didn't seem to work very well.
