    You can do a Laser engraving, or wait for a couple of months, when Q10 will be selling officially in Russia. AFAIK, in beginning of 2014. I have just English keyboard, without Russian letters and I don't have any problem in writing text in Russian, using standard QWERTY keyboard layout.

    Not used to standard russian layout... BBOS had transliterated keyboard layout, since that is not available I was looking for something like this:
