    My device is having problem with keyboard - "x" key. It is triggered whenever I touch it .
    Anyone know what is happening?
    I take me a lot of time to write an email, cause when I press "c", it turns into "xc" or "cx"

    If you haven't gotten the keyboard wet, it is probably defective and needs to be replaced. Bring it back to your dealer to get it repaired or replaced.

    You may want to try a reboot first, but it sounds like a hardware problem.

    I honestly don't understand these posts, lol. How are we supposed to help? :-P

    I agree with everyone, return it, they should give you a few weeks to exchange it if it's defective. Good luck dude. Hope you enjoy the Q10 after you get the new one. :-)

    Edit: by "these posts" I mean posts about hardware issues. Unfortunately we cannot help with hardware problems. :-(
