Good news everyone, after spamming EA for a year and taking their motto 'challenge everything' to the next level, I've finally found out of how to make The Simpsons Tapped Out work on a Q10. It took me over an hour, but it is worth it. Everything is working perfect.

1. Go to Snap, download and install TSTO
2. Open the application and just let it update. It the update freezes, just change the screen resolution (slide down from the top)
OR
2. Put the application 'on hold' (don't close it, just put it on stand-by, you know what I mean)

3. keep on going..

I know one hour is long, but I finally did it.

Yes, I also got it working on my Passport running 10.3.1. But it took patience.

Just as mentioned above, download from Snap, and then you will have an update required to play. If you're willing to sit with your phone for a bit, then its not too bad.

At the time of updating (Terwilliger update), there were 217 separate 'packets'. I noticed that the download would stall after each packet was downloaded, and only a fraction of the MB would be installed, but if you keep an eye on the packet number (1/217 , 2/217, etc.) every time it goes up by one, minimize the app and open it up again. It will force it to move onto the next packet. Repeat 217 times.

Around packet 126 you will notice the downloaded MB is only around 30 MB out of the 480MB total size, but this packet contains over 100 MB of data.

Keep grinding away and eventually all packets will be downloaded and you will be able to play the game no problem.

I tried to install it. but it keeps on disconnecting from the server while it is updating . tried it with my home wifi and my mobile data. it always disconnects. have to press retry again and again.
