I posted this in the 9700 forum but have not had a reply. I am thinking about a new Q10 and had never used the 9700 as a music device. I have had a 9700 for a couple of years but never once used it for music. Last night I tried syncing it with my iTunes act on my laptop. Since I have a very small sd card (2GB) I wanted to check off a few albums to see how I liked using the blackberry as a music player. However, some playlists/albums were "grayed out" and I could not check them off and move them to the phone. Most of the music was available to move and the phone worked great as a player. I was wondering if this would be an issue with a Q10 or if I am missing somthing. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Were they older tracks that might have the DRM on them, before Apple stopped using it?
