    Hi team

    Am using blackberry q10 Last 3 year now a day am unfortunately using autoloader os 10.3.3 am unable to access more than futures in my mobile for example : while am install whatsapp it not be installed is says dev os

    So what will do any idea Plz share me

    I hope you will send any idea for me

    Note : I want install end user Os Plz help mee

    It sounds like you need to reload the OS again because you loaded a developer OS which will not give you all functions for your Q10.

    Like I told you in your other thread...

    As for your problem, you loaded the developer loader without reading, didn't you. Fix it with this file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3f...1ySGx2bDg/view

    Download, extract (with 7-Zip) and run it like you did the last one.
