    Today I noticed that j button doesnt work. Do you know what I can do to fix it? is very disappointing because I have only 4 months with this Q10.

    Take it to a phone service center. You will have to pay for the repair, unfortunately as you have no warranty.

    Yeah, you are always taking a risk buying from these third party sellers.

    You might be able to do the keyboard replacement yourself, but otherwise you will have to pay extra.

    Yes I will do by my self. Can someone recommended me where to buy the keyboard and screwdriver. I really want to keep this BlackBerry and not to go back to my old iphone 5.
