Hi,
When I rcv a SMS today, I saw that the BlackBerry isn't matching the name, only the numer is showing, not the name.
The contact is saved in my contacts correctly.

Anyone the same problem?

Not 100% sure but I think there was a similar thread about the same issue with the Z10. Sorry I don't have an answer or solution but you may want search through the Z10 threads.

Yes I have this issue. Only with the odd contact though. And even more oddly I have one contact - always the same one - who always shows up as someone completely different. (I have checked Contacts entries and they are correct)

It's not a big problem for me so I haven't looked for a fix or work around.

If you just restored your phone from a back up, you might want to delete your old messages because i had this happen before on my Z10 and once i deleted the old texts, the new ones come in fine.

I have this issue too, there was a thread about this but no real solution came up. The problem is contacts you haven't yet texted come in as just a phone number, not the contacts name.

Only way I've been able to fix it is to go to the contact>edit>save without changing anything. In a few seconds the name pops up. It's just a strange bug. I did not have the same issue with my z10.
