I have my new Q10, and am trying to personalize it with the How I Met Your Mother Ringtone. I have e-mailed the mp3 to myself, and saved it in the music directory.... however, it does not show up in the music directory -- for either playing it separately, or when browsing the files looking for ringtones. Any ideas?

Does it have DRM; ie a purchased file from another platform?

Have you checked both the device memory and the sd card?

Try a universal search for the file name.
