Definitely jump on BBM and find some channels you like. Definitely an underrated feature! Enjoy your Q10, I've got a Q10 for work and a Z30 for personal but love both!

My Q never reboots unless I do it manually. Maybe yours is defective or sim card might not be seated correctly!

I've had three brand new q10s... if u set it down on a hard surface sometimes it'll randomly reboot. well known issue.
