I've been using iGrann for a year now... Once I downloaded the newest version it wouldn't open anymore, at all. So I decided to delete the app so I could download it again. But I had to uninstall it first apparently. Which I can't do now because I deleted it, on the other hand, Blackberry World says "Open" instead of "Download", which makes me believe that iGrann is still somewhere on my phone, but I guess it's not ?
I'm screwed and I really need to get back on IG and I need help

What happens if you choose the "Uninstall" command from the menu (you can access the "3 dots" menu on the right)

Try a hard restart by holding the volume up / down simultaneously ( until it shuts off). When it comes back on, go to the BlackBerry Virtual Expert ( BBVE), go to "Device Monitor". At the bottom of your screen, hit storage. If you still see it but can't access it, go to BlackBerry World and try "Cleaner" by Crystal_Jass. Or go to Amazon Appstore and try "Power Clean". Both are free! Good luck with that.

Go to BlackBerry World
Swipe down from bottom
Go to Settings < General
Press " Refresh BlackBerry World"

You should be able to download it again
