Is two years of a phone you don't want worth better than a measly restocking fee? Take the fee, divide it by 23 and it is probably less than a cup of good coffee a month.

When did you get it?
If you can come up with an acceptable hardware problem or software issue, and get Android Team (if T-Mo has one) to acknowledge, you can return it without having to pay restocking fee.

That used to be the case with t-mobile, but now they charge the re-stocking fee no matter what UNLESS you exchange the device. Even if it's defective, you can exchange I believe for the same one without a fee. I thought the Q10 was out 5/01 :< Turns out it isn't available yet, lame.

Rob you got a point, ugh but I returned my z10 and paid the restocking fee to try out the HTC one lol ;/

They let me return Z10 without restocking fee, full refund, except pro-rated usage. Thank god for T-Mobile Blackberry Specialist Team. I told them as soon as OS10 is fixed and resembled a true Blackberry, I will come back. They know exactly what I was talking about and was able to override the restocking fee.. I also had some problems with Z10 like phone not ringing at all..
