I don't think there's any harm in having choices.

As with any individual app, it all depends on how much it's worth to Google to develop and support BB10, and THAT's going to depend on one thing: the number of users.

Once we're at the point of 50-75 million BB10 users, I suspect the platform will catch Google's attention. They already said that they'll gladly develop for Windows Phone and BB10 once there are enough users to make it worth their while.

I agree! Google will, more than likely, jump all over BlackBerry when the install base makes it viable and profitable for them.

All that data to sift through...

Agreed. The BB10 browser is no slouch, but choice is good.

Chrome isn't perfect on Android, but the complete sync between desktop and mobile is invaluable for me from a productivity standpoint.

It would be nice to have a mobile browser that wirelessly syncs with your desktop browser. That would be a great benefit of Chrome on BB.

I'm fine with having choices, but in my experience, Google Chrome is a battery hog. It sucks my retina Mac Book Pro's battery life, and also does the same on my iPod touch. I use Safari now on my laptop.

What I'd really like is the BlackBerry 10 browser to be available on my iPod touch and my Mac Book Pro. BlackBerry has totally made up for the years of subpar web browsing with BlackBerry 10's web browser, and 10.2 makes it even better. Google Chrome can't touch it.

That's worth gold in my book. I do a lot of device switching during the workday, and it's good to know everything is everywhere I need it to be. When researching articles, I can Pocket and bookmark them, and have them on phone, development device, tablet, laptop and even a friend's IPhone if I want it. Open tabs and searches are synced too.

Very, very useful for my needs.

Blackberry browser may be better by those benchmarks. But I value having my phone's browser bookmarks synced with those on my computer and other devices.

Quick question for anyone.... I hate having to scroll left to right when reading a page on the Blackberry web browser. I liked Opera Mini with the old Blackberry phones because you could set it to load into a single page where no left-to-right scrolling was necessary. Does anyone know if there are any browsers available for the Q10 with this functionality?

BlackBerry browser destroys Chrome and any competition. Not sure why you want an inferior browser unless you want it for chrome cast in which case just use dlna or the microhdmi!

Maybe the answer is BB should create it's browser for my PC.
Just thinking if the BB browser is so fast then if they had a browser for PC's I could sync back and forth like the concept behind Chrome.
    Just a thought.

I think it would be great to have options, I may not be one of those people who would use chrome as I am completely satisfied with the stock browser, as it rocks.

I would say I'd need Opera Mobile for the same reason, but Opera 15+ is missing bookmarks/passwords/Speed Dial syncing until further notice.
