    I've installed the leaked 10.3.1 so first I lost everything and there is no music app or photos app and many other apps are missing and they're not there suggest something plz what do I do

    Cable up to a PC and run the autoloader.

    You should always backup your device before installing a new OS so that you can retrieve all of your contacts and most of your other information.

    I recommend you go on BlackBerry Link and restore your device to factory settings/reinstall the OS.

    10.3.1.997 is a developers' OS release and not intended for daily use. This is clearly stated where it was available for download.
