    I know that with volume up and down pressing together you can restart your Q but after Q10SQN100-3/10.2.0.1791 update can't do that.
    Any ideas?

    I thought volume up and down button pressed together was for screen shots. Are you sure you have the right buttons in mind?

    How long are you holding both buttons. Hold until a few BlackBerry name screens appears, then after that the Bluish loading circle will appear then release both buttons.

    Can you not just hold down the power button until the shutdown screen appears, then select restart?

    Vol Up & Vol Dn when held past the screenshot message restarts your phone.

    Hold the power button for about ten seconds. The red light will come on, then let go.
    It's the same as holding the volume keys.

    Beats me, they both seem to accomplish the same goal.
    I just did both and as far as wait time the power button feels like it takes longer.
