I have looked everywhere and I cannot find any information on switching between calls. For example, I had a call come in, I answered and left the other on hold, and then I could not figure out how to switch back and forth. I know it should be as simple as touching the screen, but nothing was happening. A ny tips?

what os are you on? in any case the hold button is the same as the mute icon, just that you'd have to hold the mute icon for about 3 secs to hold the current call. As for switching, you only touch and hold any of the calls and you get options to switch between them.
