i received my phone thursday from ATT. i am using activesync/exchange at work. After one day we had to add the account back due to it not sending email. My data usage just with email has been over 2gig. CRAZY. The battery while doing nothing lasted 6 hours. Blackberry is trying to figure out the issue but i only have 5 days to return the phone and will have to get an iphone. This is a very bad day. Any thoughts?

It has been mentioned in other threads that the battery consumption will initially be high when you sync your emails. How much email do you have??? Do you have it set for "forever" sync or are you limiting the days?

i do have it set for ever but my whole email box is about 1/4 gig......so far today i have used about 1 gig of data. it is almost like i am streaming music and hd movies....which i am not. At this point it would seem to be a BUG between exchange and the device but i am not sure.

Also ATT should extend the 14 days for me until we can figure out a fix.
