Following the update to 10.2.0.424 on my Q10 I no longer have the BB Hub. I get LED alerts, but cannot display hub entries, nor do I see the summaries on the lock screen. Anyone else having similar problems?

Immediately after it rebooted. Power cycling makes no difference.

Can you attach a screen capture of your hub?

Hub appears to have disappeared.-file0001.jpgIt's as broken as ever. Except for the title bar which displays the battery on the left, the time in the middle and the current network connections on the right, the screen is entirely blank.

I would back up your data, and perform a security wipe. Let the unit come back up and see if you get the hub back...then reinstall your data.

I opted to do a reset to factory settings via BlackBerry Link. It used the most recent version of the software, so it essentially reapplied the update that seemed to have caused the problem. However, this time there were no problems. Thanks to all who helped, it was greatly appreciated.
