I bought a used Q10 because I really didn't like my Galaxy S4. I think some apps and settings are missing. How do I restore the phone to the original settings?
There's no Sprint apps on here either. I've been away from BlackBerry for almost two years so I forget how to do something so simple. Thank you.

swipe down from top: settings
go to security and privacy
click on security wipe
type: blackberry
and wait

Add a "plug it to the wall" before the wipe

By the way, it can take a very long time (48h for example). So be patient.
