Have tried selecting from the "Remember" but not working.

Simply click on voice-note file (from Remember app) and it plays using inbuilt media player.

Alternatively, Go to File Manager>Device>Voice. There you will find your voice-note files that you can play with music player.


Still doesn't work? Hold down power button until phone reboots, give it 15 minutes and try again.

Or go to the File Manager app and click on the folder with the microphone on it that says voice.
