Hello Blackberrians,

I'm recently having troubles keeping a charge when my USB cord is plugged. It's like if I move it a certain way, it stops then it will start up again..I hope it's not a port issue and something simple like needing a new battery. I got my Blackberry last September and been using it for pretty much everything. Could it be a bad battery not holding a charge?

Hi there!!
Have you tried switching out your cable? My USB cable at home is very loose in my Z10 but the one I have at work has no problems. I think they loosen up over time and usage.

Then I would try a second battery to see if that is the issue.

Have you checked for lint in the port on your device? I had this problem on my old iphone 5 and that's all it was. Lint was blocking a good contact with the charger
