I don't switch the battery very often, no need to do that at all. As for a battery charger, the micro charger that Shop Crackberry gives away for free for vehicle use works well and lasts a long time. As for in the home or office charging, use the one that came with the device when you purchased it or connect it to your computer.

Less than one. I am not a super heavy user, but I don't see why you would need to swap during the day. I typically go for 2 days. Once I even ran over a long weekend which included light browsing, maps and videos.
Q10 is fantastic for battery life.

I don't usually swap batteries. My Q10 has been off the charger for 14 hours and I'm at 78%. That's fairly typical for me, but I'm a pretty light user on a regular workday (checking the odd text, using Simplenote here and there, listening to a couple of hours of podcasts while driving, maybe a bit of web surfing).

I think the only time I'm hard on batteries is on trips that involve a lot of time at airports. Then I'm usually well into the second battery by the end of the day.

My maximum was twice a day. But my Q10 never gets plugged in (only the battery charger bundle).

I change out the battery, that is carry a spare battery and use said battery, about three times a week on average. The rest of the week, I just squeak by. For example, today was relatively slow, and at 2245hrs, I am at 7% remaining. I solely do communication: emails, BBM, text, and phone.

Having said that my team members who use other phones always seem to be reaching for charging cables throughout the day.....

I get around 16 hours battery life out of my device. I'm a moderate/heavy user. However, I do have android apps running constantly and one battery would get through the day if it weren't for that.

I can go about 28 hours on average.

I carry a spare battery and swap when the one in the phone drops below 10% so no need to worry about battery life.

I also use the stock charger with the stand alone BlackBerry battery charger to charge the spent battery overnight.

If you don't mind, how you manage to drain two batteries on a q10 in a single day?

Wow. I use about 3% an hour when not using the phone. I do use WiFi and have location services on. I have 2 email accounts synced, both of which are EAS.

My battery usually lasts most of the day. If I am low, I usually charge it during my drive home for work. But I don't carry a spare battery.

For what is worth, I can see two batteries in a day. I do not do it often, but one the days I switch in the spare battery, it is not uncommon for me to be between 10% and 15% remaining on the second battery.

My three year old battery keeps on ticking for more than fifteen hours a day and that is with moderate to fairly heavy use every day. Plugged in nightly and ready to go when needed.

Well my batteries are both 2 and a half years old now and they don't last more then 12 hours... at BEST. Typically I start my day @6 and get down to 20% by 1pm, from there... 1 battery will die at any second, the other goes 20-8 before shutting off. I don't see 5% battery anymore... if it gets down that low it powers off and won't restart unless plugged into the playbook charger. No big deal though, getting ready to replace the phone anyway.

Extremely rare to exchange batteries on a daily basis. Generally batteries last two + days. Rotate monthly with spares . All batteries are two years old do not notice any deterioration of performance. Of course I would prefer batteries to last a week in usage!

Whaaaat? I bought my phone used already but the old battery lasts a day easily. I might chew up a battery in a day if I'm playing Android games for a couple hours...
Might be a game to see how to drain the battery faster :-)
Turn on WiFi when there's none, hang around a weak 3G signal area, turn on NFC and GPS, load up those 'free' Android apps which keep pinging home with your data, stream music to a Bluetooth speaker. Yup, that might do it
