Do you need to have 503 emails on your phone? I think it would run faster if you were to clean them out and file them? Or are you conducting an experiment?

HA! That's too funny. I don't know if it has a limit. But seriously? Mark all read or something. I like to know if I have 1 or 2 emails I have not read yet in notifications. Preferably I would have nothing in my Peek because that means I have caught up with everyone and everything of importance to me. I may only leave one or two unread if I am too busy to answer them. I leave it as a reminder.

On a funny note. I was a little confused what I was seeing for a second because DirtyMike14 is a classmate of mine and he just so happens to be in the screenshot. Also he is right (I know from personal experience) Haha.

    A lot.
When I first loaded up my EAS on my Q, I had over 1000 unread emails (don't ask ). I hit mark all read and she chugged through them for a couple of hours. She made it and was still usable during that time

I'm currently at about 3800 unread. I've been as high as 7000. This is 30 days on one account, 90 on another.

You can have lots of unread emails without issues.

    Got Hub.
    Hit 3 dots lower left.
    Click on Settings.
Hit the @ square at the bottom with the + sign on it.
At the bottom of the next screen hit the 3 lines with the circles on them.
    Choose you account/ Example Gmail.
Scroll to bottom after filling out above info in the space and set Retrieval Amount to whatever you wish.

Instead of clicking the @+ you just click on Email Accounts, select the account, Edit, then Advanced Options (3 lines with a dot in each one), then Sync Timeframe. On my Exchange account I can do 1 day, 3, 7, 14, 30, or Forever. Though mine often reverts back from Forever to 30 days at random. Really annoying.

Is it a Gmail account? There is an issue that it reverts back to 30 days when you reboot it.

Nope, it's a hosted Exchange account through GoDaddy. And since that last post I realized that it won't stay on the Forever setting at all. Yesterday I upgraded my software to 10.2.1.2102, and now it says it saves the setting on Forever, but as soon as I go back to the setting it's at 30 days again.

Have done this and there isnt an option for sync timeframe. I dont have an exchange account though. Only when setting up a new account. Strange...

I've hit 2500-3000 a few times. No performance impact.

    Worth mentioning :

If you run out of space completely. You stop getting notifications and emails.
