All working fine now, I think it is fair to say the learning curve has now levelled off and I am loving the phone!

4 days into my Q10 in London, ON on Bell, loving most of the phone, hate that the press to End Call simply doesn't respond - any tips?
Also had Blackberry Protect working just fine on 9900 - which was really useful after the Rogers nerd wiped that phone BUT can't get Protect to work with the Q10 - just a greyed out message to use BB Link, which I've dl and installed - but still doesn't work. Again, any tips appreciated.
