Had mine for almost 2 years now (November 2014). I was a bit late to the party.

Two years here. No case and using the same battery which somehow still holds a days worth of charge. I really like how I don't have to take care of this phone. I've dropped it many times, I slide it around on the desk and it still is in good condition. My old S3 looked like **** after a year. The back cover became ugly and battery was terrible.

You shouldn't have a lot of trouble using the Q10 for many years to come when just switching the battery every 2/3 years

Got mine the first day it came out use it everyday. Usually have a outter box defender case on but I sometimes rock the no casee look. I have the whiter version and it's held up pretty good just got the exact same one last week. Not because the old one wasn't working just the white looked dirty and didn't like that.

June 2013. 3 keyboards, 1 screen (my fault, dropped it just right...lots of other drops with no issues), and one new battery (I keep the other one for backup. Sucks that all the new BB's don't have removable batteries anymore.

My Q10 still jams. I'm not a heavy app user but the ones I do use still roll along just fine. Gonna be a tough move to droidberry, but I think it's imminent.

Three years now - everything original except just replaced the keyboard last week - still getting a full day out of the battery! 174 apps and it is a workhorse - hope to get another three years (unless a new BB10 device is released to VZW).

Getting close to 3 years. I did replace the keyboard twice, but I am now happy with it.

    Still a perfect phone.

Have two. First q10 refurb from ATT (thank you) Aug 13. Second q10 from EBAY Aug 15. Both run great. One locked and other unlocked. A great design, PKB and replaceable battery. All I need.

I had the 9000, 9900 and then the Q10 which is the only one I've kept since I sold the rest to get the next BB.

My secondary device, the Q10 is 2.75 years old now. It works great, apart from the 'a' key sometimes misses so I have to press it firmly.

You should've just used Mr. Clean Magic Eraser..it worked for me no problem. I have used the same on the old school white mac books when the area around the mouse pad got dingy looking.
