Hi,
I have one bbm id
I switched with this I'd to another device. All worked without problems. Today I switched on my q10 and I saw that I am already logged in there with the same Id. I have changed my password, but nothing happend.

How to reset the bbm app? Because I cannot delete the app from my BlackBerry q10.

Are you using the old Q10 for anything? Have you tried sending a BBM from the old Q10?

If I remember correctly, when you set up BBM on a new device with an existing ID, if you then try to send a bbm from the old device it should tell you that you are not signed in, or something to the effect that the ID is already in use on another device.

If you plan to keep the second phone as a spare, no need to security wipe it. When two or more phones are on the same BlackBerryID, when you open BBM on the phone it asks if you want to switch BBM to that phone. If you don't want to switch BBM, just say no and close BBM.

If you are letting somebody else use the spare phone, you will have to security wipe it so they can set it up with their own BlackBerryID.

Little late since you wiped but if you sideload an older version of BBM it will log you out as well. Knowledge for next time I guess.
