This can be a little complicated, and if you are using a corporate VPN you may want to have your IT department do the setup for you, talk to you through it, or at least confirm that Blackberry OS 10 is supported, because not all VPN implementations are supported on Blackberry. But if you know all the settings for your VPN, just swipe down from the top of the screen and choose Settings from the menu. Then choose "Networks and Connections", and then "VPN". Click on "Add VPN Profile" and fill out the required information.

He already did help you, if you need additional assistance, please contact your system administrator as they would be much more familiar with their systems than we would.

Or at least we all hope that to be the case.

You should have subscription on purevpn.com
Then they will give you user name and password and certificate file and server name
Now you are ready to go
    Add vpn
    Then vpn name
    Use microsoft
    Then user name pass
    Save
    Done
    Connect

Here are a few VPN providers you can check out.
Before you sign up, you could contact them and ask for free trail accounts, then follow the online guides for set-up.

    PureVPN

    12vpn
    https://12vpn.net/downloads/ikev2-on-blackberry-10/

    Witopia

If you have a problem with your APN settings (= no internet connection), you should contact your mobile network carrier.

Are you sure the VPN will solve your problem? Curious, what Q10 model is it and where did you buy it from? Also, what carrier sim are you using? I had the same problem with the Q10 Model SQN100-5 that I bought from Amazon US. It worked perfectly with a US T-Mobile sim, but wouldn't get any data when using a sim in Asia or Europe (e.g., Vodafone). I had to buy another Q10 (Model SQN100-3) from the UK, which worked fine with the same sims.

PureVPN does not work on BBOS10, I have tested it both on Q10 and passport.

Their guide is old, pre BBOS 10.2 and there is no such thing as Certs folder anymore

Their certificate expires 12/11/2014 they havent renewed it.

Please becareful with advising, I took your advice and paid a whole year to PureVPN just to find out their support sucks and it doesnt work anymore, and their guide is outdated. Infact I wrote a wholehttp://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...ssport-978496/

That's funny ... I'm using PureVPN as I type this on my Passport ... and my girlfriend has it on her Classic. Works awesome ... and reconnects extremely fast when signal comes and goes. I have seven different profiles set up ranging from U.S. Servers to Australia and Canada.
And I've contacted PureVPN support 3 times now and was very pleased with their support.

So expensive !!! I use VPN45. 1.79/mo or 20 a year. And works very well.

Sorry, I'd like to typo but my Q10 doesn't support it.
