    I have dropped my Q10 from my car seat to the ground, you can say at not even a meter of height, and it wont turn on. I charged it straight after it happened and it lit up an orange light for a second or two and then it showed no sign of life since then.

    I have also tried different batteries with no luck.

    I would like to recover the data on it (pictures & contacts) but all the solutions I have found are by using a Windows and I have a Macintosh Laptop.

    Can anyone tell me how do I recover the data from my BB Q10?
