    Over the years I have kept a ton of old emails many with attachments on GMAIL. Can I prevent the Hub from syncing all the old emails? Currently it is eating up nearly 1.8 GB of storage.

    You can go into Account Settings (within Hub) and set your Sync Timeframe to 7 days, 30 days, etc. If you previously set it up to something more (like 'forever') your best bet is probably to just delete the account and re-add it with the new sync settings.

    Start organizing your email and label it + archive.

    By default, only mail in "Inbox" is synced

    Where is accounting settings within Hub. That was exactly the setting I was hunting for but can't find it.

    Go in HUB then click the three point menu on the right hand side bottom and then settings then email accounts

    Better go to: Settings>Accounts>[desired mail].
    The 3 dot settings from the HUB doesn't allow to modify what can & can't be synchronised, until you click on the "pen" mark.
