must be a lot of caches & a lot of android apps activities over there I suppose.. nothing you can do except, back up all apps & contacts data and just do the wipe & restore.

I think maybe the device manager is confusing user files with system files. I've always thought that system is the actual OS size and its been accurste with the size of OS I put on via autoloader. I actually checked my device monitor just now and seen my system files gone from 2 gigs to 5 and user files is at zero and im pretty sure the extra 2 point sumn gigs came from the movie wolf of wall street which I recently downloaded

Check for movies or musics.
I heard it goes into system file. Might want to move those to your memory card.

Download latest CB app update. The clear cache is in there.

I can't see browser cache taking up that much space. Your phone is confused. Might need a wipe to fix it but see if anyone else has a suggestion that works.

10gb of sys used, yea time for a wipe. Just gotta save contacts etc first.
