[CrackBerry Question]

both my wife and i are using Q10 smartphone. Two days ago, i found out my Q10 automatically been upgraded to 10.3.1 when i woke up next morning. but my wife's Q10 is the same old 10.2. She checked the "software upgrades" over the phone every day, it always says "your device has the latest software". We also followed the official instruction to check the update on IE and Blackberry Link,which both ended up the same failure.

There is no other way to manually upgrade,rather than waiting for the "pushing " notice from blackberry ? its known that 10.3.1 has been officially released in 02/2015 available for all OS10 phoner user?

You can search for released software updates approved my carriers.

same problem here,,, i am using unlocked phone from shop.blackberry and paying the ATT prepaid plan. will this upgrade release from ATT wireless provider or from BB ?
