It wont delete, happened to me once. Had to eventually wipe the device to remove them all from the device. You could still try the computer though but dont put your hopes in it.

You could try Term48 from BlackBerry World, navigate to the respective folder and delete the files. Or use some Android app, that doesn't care for permissions.
