    I found StereoTube to do an excellent job playing YouTube playlists, that I'd created on my desktop. Works great, nice features, easy to use.

    However, unless connected at home via WiFi, each "album" of music could easily require 0.5-0.6 GB download. Not good when away from home! and limits on cell phone plan. Even if unlimited, using 1 GB/day will result in usage being throttled back from 4G to 3G, or less.

    What app will create Local Playlists for a set of MP4 files stored on the cell phone's memory card.

    @op, looks like your usage is playing music videos stored in folders locally. You can do this with AutoPlay and in addition, there are shuffle mode and single repeat mode which could be helpful playing music videos.
