    So last night i bought a new Q10. Issue is bb is not officially launched here so what ever we can is via shopkeepers. Now issue is i am not sure if my Q is new or used. Anyone can tell how to check timer or any way to tell how much it was used. Could be a refurbished. Re packing here is not an issue unfortunately.

    I'm sure someone else could give you an answer to your question. But honestly, if you phone is in super MINT condition, and everything works like it should, why does it matter if the phone is new new, or a refurbished one...to add to this, if the price was right, and you like your new phone, why do you even care.

    Edit: and to add to what i've said, don't you think you shoudl've ask this before buying the phone...

    On legacy BlackBerry devices we could type BUYR which stands for 'buyer remorse' into Settings > Device and it'll tell us but I don't think we have this option in BlackBerry10.

    Something that no one else has used feels better to me so I see where OP is coming from.

    to find out the phone total talking time, blackberry video talking, and all numbers ( my number here are the same as total talk time) press the phone,on the home screen, and go to phone logs. pull down menu, and press settings. scroll down to call summary. Hope this is what you are looking for.

    I never heard of a [hidden] BlackBerry 10 feature that states its usage time or life unlike old Nokias. If you bought it in a legitimate shop/store and is sealed, then we can assume that it is indeed brand-new.
